It looks like both WWW and Nebula have some plans brewing, as the former has a new Net Op in their ranks, and the latter…. well, you’ll see.

Dante and ToxicMan.EXE (played by Lammy) are certainly bringing chemistry to WWW. What nefarious plans will Wily have these two bring to fruition?

Female Navis should be careful wandering the net alone, because recently there have been a string of data… consumption? Wow, that sounds almost vampiric! Evidence points to the solo Darkloid Shademan.EXE (played by Anna). He claims to be the King of the Darkloids, but I’m sure Laserman will want to contest that…

So real life had punched me there in the face a bit but then Baryl’s biceps reminded me to come back.

Anyway, we have some new members!

Kimi and Chapelierman.EXE (played by Kaida) might be a little melodramatic, but their love of theatrics and poetry set them a cut above the rest of those Wonderland folk.

Aceon and Wingman.EXE (played by Wingman.EXE) long to prove themselves to be the greatest heroes of all time! With all this trouble brewing, it looks like they’ll have great opportunity to do so…

Wingman also asked a great question:

Alright, so I know that this takes place between BNs 3 and 4, and in-between games, they change from the Plug-In PET (in BN 3 and first season or so of NT Warrior) to the Advance PET (BN 4, and NT Warrior Axess). So, which one are we going to be using? I know that there isn’t much of a difference functionality wise, except that the anime said that they used wireless to Jack-In, but this isn’t actually touched upon in the games, so who knows. Anyway, yea, I was just wondering so that I could have a bit better idea of Aceon’s Jack-In motion.

I’m going to go ahead and say that most people will be using the Advance PET because I think they’re cool (I even have a toy one, hee hee) but some kids and adults might still use Plug-In PETs.

    From earth it was a brilliant ripple of rainbow colour in space that should be a clue, but yet none was taken— such plumes were of the solar winds, why feel differently? But it was when the Great Stone entered into range that He knew the small creatures’ eyes were upon him. Watching. Fearing.
    
    His trajectory was off— for now— to resume his journey, but data transcended his asteroid’s speed, and he slipped, unseen, to investigate, leaping probes and satellites to grow close to these organic beings of Another Plane, another… Part of the great pattern of life, and he felt, seeking, judging. There were billions— judging each individually would be so long a process, he needed allies… He soon found a suitable first ally and a small, angry data-creature, and decided perhaps they may be of use as extra eyes and ears, and he poised in hiding, waiting to strike.

    There was no mistaking how unusual this satellite was. His feet moved, tiktaktiktak across cold grey floors. Metal, computers, stone… All only topical, the internal a forbidden trove of knowledge he wanted. The net in it’s grey, cold, prone state was ripe for sewing his seed of Darkness, but this… Was it a foe? Or Friend?

    A tall man stood on the roof of an apartment building, his eyes focused on the streak blazing across the night sky.

    The colonel looked down at his PET, and the Navi giving him a quizzical stare. Colonel.EXE always had his thoughts focused on business. For the most part that was perfect for Baryl, who hardly ever slept due to his work, but he was only human. Colonel couldn’t comprehend why Baryl would suddenly move his work to a laptop and bring it to the building roof. Even more curious was the antique phonogram that cooed out an ancient jazz record, but Colonel.EXE has grown used to that over the years. It was just one of Baryl’s many quirks.
    
    ”There’s been no contact from him,” continued the Navi.
    
    ”Remember who we’re dealing with, Colonel,” replied Baryl. “It is normal for him to fall off even our radars for awhile. I do believe, however, that Nebula will become enough of a problem for him to request our assistance.”
    
    ”You’re giving their leader that much credit?” asked Colonel, a look of scrutiny crossing his face.
    
    Baryl replied with a chuckle. “It seems far-fetched… but if it’s who we suspect, we can’t take any chances. But for right now, just enjoy the sky.”
    
    ”Yes, Baryl.”

Aceon Hikaru and his Navi, WingMan.EXE have shown up. Two goodguys… but will it be enough to stop the might of WWW?!

Kai will be playing as Net-Op Kaida Courcel! She’s an average girl who enjoys tea shops and enjoying the fresh air. I wonder when her Navi, Copy.EXE (not to be mistaken by Copyman.EXE from MMBN3), will show up?
